Production

With over 100 years of experience, we offer our customers both local and global manufacturing while ensuring full control of the entire production chain

Where do we manufacture?

We advise our customers on the most efficient location for production, as this depends largely on the type of product, production volume, and cost considerations. In addition, we tailor the production of carrying equipment to each customer’s specific requirements, enabling us to offer both small- and large-scale manufacturing — from single items produced at our local facility to high-volume production at our larger factories.

Our manufacturing facilities are strategically located in Sweden, Europe and in Asia.

We ensure quality

Quality is central to everything we do, and we therefore maintain high standards for how quality is managed at our manufacturing facilities. In addition, we implement structured quality plans across the entire production process to ensure consistent and reliable results.

Prior to the start of production, we take responsibility for preparing internal tech packs and production documentation for our manufacturing units. This ensures optimal quality and strict adherence to specifications. These activities form an integral part of Sacci’s quality assurance process and are always included as part of our service, with no additional cost to the customer.

Inspection and delivery

Upon completion of production, additional quality control measures are carried out, followed by a final inspection at each factory, supported by the corresponding inspection report. The goods are then carefully packed and prepared for delivery in accordance with the customer’s specifications.

Transport and logistics are arranged fully in line with the customer’s requirements, with Sacci assuming full responsibility for the transfer and delivery process, regardless of the shipment’s origin or destination.
