Customers seeking support in developing a new or existing product collaborate with our development department. In the initial phase, we gather relevant project information, assess the requirements, and review the customer’s specifications. We then define the project’s objectives, timeline, and key milestones.

This is followed by the creative phase, where ideas take shape. Concept design and product development begin, and prototypes are created both in 3D software and in physical form, allowing the product to be evaluated and experienced firsthand.

We take responsibility for testing and certification to ensure full compliance with legal and environmental requirements, as well as our customers’ specifications. Selected tests and inspections are performed in our laboratory and testing centre. When additional capabilities are required, we work closely with trusted long-standing partners to ensure consistent quality and reliability.

Once the final prototype has been approved, we offer the option to produce a small-volume series at our production facility in Borlänge, Sweden. This allows the product to be validated through low-rate production and field-tested in limited quantities before full-scale production begins.
